Delete Your Account
⚠ Permanent action — cannot be undone
Deleting your account will permanently remove all your personal data, OVH account connections, and DNS management access. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by law.
What happens when you delete your account?
- ✗ Your email and name are pseudonymised immediately.
- ✗ All active sessions are invalidated.
- ✗ Your encrypted OVH credentials are deleted.
- ✗ DNS changes made through the app remain on OVH's infrastructure (we do not roll them back).
- ✓ Your active subscription will be cancelled in Stripe automatically.
How to delete your account
Send an email from your registered address to:
privacy@linis.it — Request account deletionWe process deletion requests within 30 days as required by GDPR Art. 17. You will receive a confirmation email once complete.
Prefer to keep your account?
You can cancel your subscription without deleting your account — go to Subscription → Manage via Stripe portal.
