1. Data Controller

2. Data We Collect
- Account data: email address, display name, encrypted password hash.
- OVH credentials: stored exclusively in encrypted form using zero-knowledge AES-256-GCM encryption. We cannot decrypt them — only you can, using your password.
- Billing data: processed by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer ID.
- Technical data: server logs (IP address, timestamps) for security and debugging purposes.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
- Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): providing the FastOVH service.
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): security, fraud prevention, service improvement.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): marketing communications (if applicable).
4. Data Retention
Account data is retained for the duration of your account. After account deletion, personal data is pseudonymised within 30 days. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by Polish accounting law.
5. Your Rights (GDPR)
You have the right to:

We do not use Google Fonts CDN or any other third-party service that transfers visitor data to external servers on page load.
7. Cookies
FastOVH uses only strictly necessary cookies:

No tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies are used. No third-party cookies are set.
Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent under Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive, but we inform you about them in the interest of transparency.
