2. Service Description

FastOVH is a SaaS tool that allows users to manage OVH API accounts and DNS records through a secure web interface. OVH credentials are stored using zero-knowledge encryption — they are never accessible to Linis IT.

3. Account and Security

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• Password reset destroys your encrypted OVH credentials (zero-knowledge constraint — no backdoor exists).
• Accounts must not be shared between individuals.

4. Subscription and Payment

• The 14-day free trial requires no credit card.
• Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• VAT invoices are issued automatically via iFirma (integrated accounting system) upon payment. Stripe handles the payment transaction; iFirma issues the invoice.
• To receive a VAT invoice, ensure your billing details (name/company, address, NIP/VAT ID) are correct in Stripe during checkout.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use FastOVH to:

• Violate any applicable law or OVH's terms of service.
• Conduct automated attacks on DNS infrastructure.
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

FastOVH is provided "as is". Linis IT Dariusz Wit is not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or DNS misconfiguration resulting from use of the platform. Always maintain backups of your DNS records.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes shall be resolved by Polish courts.

8. Changes to Terms

We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
